The EX-TRAFIRE® 125HD is a heavy-duty industrial plasma cutting system designed for maximum performance in demanding cutting environments. Delivering up to 125A output current, the system provides exceptional cutting capacity while maintaining precision, reliability and consistent cut quality.
Designed for both mechanised and handheld applications, the 125HD offers advanced cutting capabilities including standard cutting, grid cutting, gouging and marking. With integrated CNC connectivity and optional serial communication, it is ideal for professional CNC plasma cutting systems and high-production environments.

All new THERMACUT EX-TRAFIRE plasma cutting machines sold through THERMACUT UK Ltd include a 3 year warranty against failure due to defective materials or production.
Servicing
- Maintenance contracts are available at 3, 6 or 12 month intervals.
- We have a team of dedicated service engineers for repairs and maintenance. We can also fix some issues remotely.
- We hold a comprehensive range of spare parts in the UK and most are dispatched the same day.
- We regularly update our CNC system. Software upgrades are available online or can be installed by our trained engineers.
