All our new machines carry a comprehensive 12-month parts and labour warranty.

Certain plasma packs carry a year warranty, so please ask us regarding your particular model.

 

Automatic Warranty Registration

Your warranty registration is automatic. Our installation engineer will carry this out when your equipment is commissioned.

 

What your warranty covers

Our comprehensive warranty covers all parts and labour required to fix a breakdown. It does not cover damage due to misuse or improper operation.

 

Warranty repairs and claims

Please contact our office to make a warranty claim. Any parts required will be sent as soon as possible or a visit by an engineer will be organised.

 

Extending your warranty

An extended warranty can be discussed with our sales team.
