Product Description
The EX-TRAFIRE® 45HD is a compact plasma cutting system designed for both handheld and mechanised cutting applications. It supports standard cutting, grid cutting, gouging and marking, with built-in CNC interface support and optional serial RS/CAN bus connectivity.
Available in single phase and three phase versions, the 45HD offers up to 45A output current and is suitable for cutting mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

All new THERMACUT EX-TRAFIRE plasma cutting machines sold through THERMACUT UK Ltd include a 3 year warranty against failure due to defective materials or production.
Servicing
- Maintenance contracts are available at 3, 6 or 12 month intervals.
- We have a team of dedicated service engineers for repairs and maintenance. We can also fix some issues remotely.
- We hold a comprehensive range of spare parts in the UK and most are dispatched the same day.
- We regularly update our CNC system. Software upgrades are available online or can be installed by our trained engineers.
