Product Description

The Weldplas IQC is the ideal CNC table to choose for conventional plasma cutting. It’s perfect for general fabrications, as well as structural steel, stock profiling work.

This Techserv plasma cutting machine combines superior design and control to create the ultimate production plasma cutter at a cost-effective price. Working with plasma packs up to 200 amps, the Weldplas iQC can process plates from 1mm to 32mm thick.

The Techserv CNC system makes it easy to operate and the single board electronics are robust and reliable.

Available in zoned-down draft or waterbed configurations, this is a durable British-made plasma cutting machine. It provides an internal floor-mounted work support frame that can handle a full sheet of 32mm steel.

Machine Setup and Safety

  • Setup
    • Our engineers will assess the power requirements for your machine. They will specify which services are required and their locations.
    • The WeldPlas HQC is shipped fully assembled. For installation, simply plug in the machine’s plasma pack and power supply, then connect the compressed air and fill the waterbed or connect the extraction.
    • A Weldfast engineer will take you through the safety features of the machine and train your operators, so they can safely operate the machine and get the best out of it. Once our engineer has completed the final calibration checks, you can then sign off the machine.
    • If required, an engineer will make a second visit to continue the operator training and demonstrate the software’s advanced features.
  • Software
    • The Techserv CNC software is designed specifically for profile cutting and is fitted to all our new machines as standard
    • File types accepted: Essi, Word address, NC ( Strucad) DXF and many others
    • Nesting: Array and true shape nesting built in
    • Wide range of standard shapes including rings, flanges and blanks

Servicing

  • Maintenance contracts are available at 3, 6 or 12 month intervals.
  • We have a team of dedicated service engineers for repairs and maintenance. We can also fix some issues remotely.
  • We hold a comprehensive range of spare parts in the UK and most are dispatched the same day.
  • We regularly update our CNC system. Software upgrades are available online or can be installed by our trained engineers.
